Dior Dreamland

Raf Simons took his audience to heaven. A set of silver sphere structures and cloudy skies set an ethereal mood for the show. This was another collection from Paris with a respect for detail. Andy Warhol graphics were used on dresses and bags. A mix between something so playful and iconic with the elegance of Dior. The show was able to successfully fuse together art and fashion once again.

Simons has proven that he is a perfect fit for Dior, it is obvious he has a deeper understanding for the history of the house. After such a spectacular first show last season I was nervous for the future. His couture collection was a temporary nerve settler, but as soon as Fall collections started they reappeared.

I am now filled with more confidence for Dior than ever before.
